Last night we attended the memorial service for a 5 year old girl, Makenna Dybevik. Heartbreaking. I've never attended a service for a child, and I hope to never do it again.
The church was packed, and the congregation was a sea of purple since it was Makenna's favorite color. Truly, the people of Christ rally around their own in times of trouble. May the Church gather around the Dybevik's so closely that they have no room to fall.
