This is our off week on school (6 weeks on, 1 week off) and I had planned to get a great many things done. Deep cleaning, art projects, sewing projects, etc.
But Friday night, 2 children began to complain of sore throats. Then they woke up with horrible, dry, barky coughs on Saturday morning. Then 2 others had on again, off again fevers most of Sat and Sun. Today the last child and I woke up with colds. Mild, but still annoying.
That said, my long 'Getting Things Done' list will fall by the wayside. I expect various levels of illness by various people all week. I will be very fortunate to get 4 or 5 things on the list completed this week. This makes me so frustrated.
And to top it all off nicely, the weather is cool, so going outside just irritates everyone's throats and makes them cough more. So we are all stuck inside. And grumpy.

So sorry to hear you are all under the weather but use the time to "rest" in the Lord. Some of my sweetest times in communion with Him were when I was forced to take to my sick bed. May your time with Him prove to be just as sweet and dare I say even "productive". Miss you all already.... Co
