Interesting License Plates

I've seen these around town lately:

Black sports car: IINKD
Small SUV: TYAWAWA
VW BUG: QTP2T
Taurus: SWOO
Small square car/suv thing: RUNNRZ
Ford Ranger: UP


I don't get the TYAWAWA or the SWOO, but the others more or less make sense.

And the funny thing is that I know who the RUNNRZ license plate belongs to. (or however they spelled it) Do you know who I'm talking about?
