Parable, Retold

There was a certain family with 5 children that visited a pumpkin patch on a busy Saturday afternoon. They had a pleasant time until their Olivia Jewell was lost.

Upon not finding their Olivia, they left the other children with the wagon and strict instructions not to move until they returned.

They searched diligently, and begged the workers at the patch for help. The call went out on their walkie-talkies, and many hands began to search.

They all searched high and low, until the lost Olivia was found at the top of the 3 story play structure. She was returned to her grateful parents, and all was well.

Verily I say unto you, there was more rejoicing over the Olivia who was lost and then found, than over the other 4 children who managed not to get lost in the first place.
